Abstract

This study explores the societal barriers that obstruct constructive social change and suggests remedies based on Islamic principles. Using historical examples, texts from the Quran, and Hadith, the research delves into common issues including ignorance, deeply ingrained customs, and gender-based disparities that hinder progress and encourage injustice.

It argues that by placing a strong emphasis on gender justice, education, critical thinking, and flexibility, Islamic values support advancement. It exemplifies successful initiatives that have overcome these challenges, proving the value of solidarity. Islamic communities may initiate extensive social changes that lead to sustainable prosperity by cultivating inclusion, collaboration, and a dedication to justice and compassion.
